- Receive account verification email at the email address you've shared with us.
- Receive phone number verification passcode at the phone number you've shared with us.

- Users can list items for sale or rent ("Listings") on the App.
- Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of their Listings.
- We do not own, control, or endorse any Listings, and we are not responsible for any transactions between users.
- Transactions are made directly between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
- As a user of the app, you can provide reviews of businesses on the app. Company reserves the right to modify resident reviews if we find them non-adherent with app guidelines.
- Users can list services offered by them ("Listings") on the App.
- Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of their Listings.
- We do not own, control, or endorse any Listings, and we are not responsible for any transactions between users.
- Transactions are made directly between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services listed.
- We may charge fees for certain features or services. These fees are described in our pricing information available on the App.
- Users are responsible for paying all applicable fees and taxes associated with their use of the Services.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for any issues arising from these transactions.
We encourage users to resolve disputes directly with each other. If you have a dispute with another user, you release us from any claims, demands, and damages arising out of or connected with such dispute.
- All content and materials on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content on the App without our express written permission.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Services' content or the content of any sites linked to the App, and we assume no liability or responsibility for any:
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content.
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Services.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
In no event shall the Company, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
- Any content obtained from the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the courts of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
